We lost a good friend this last weekend. Phil Gehres passed away at home from natural causes at 75 years old.

Phil has been a member of the Sunrise Table Tennis Club for 14 years.

He loved his two sons and visited with his family very often. His passion was table tennis and had been playing since he was in the Navy. He also enjoyed hiking, kayaking, playing cards and vacationing in the mountains of North Carolina.

He will be greatly missed

The Service will be held on April 11 at 4:30pm at the Anderson McQueen Funeral Home on 7820 38th Avenue North. The Reception afterwards will be at the American Legion on Madeira Beach from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
